My tuna steak was inspired by Gordon Ramsey. The " Tangy Tuna Steak" was made with a 6 oz. (340gms) tuna steak purchased from GrocerDirect. It was tender, juicy and the black pepper magnified its' look and taste. 
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees C.
Toss sweet potato wedges in a roasting tray with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Place onion wedges into a small roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over freshly ground black pepper and salt. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Heat a small to medium sized pan over high heat, dunk the steak in the whipped egg white and the sesame see. While steering the tuna, put some lime juice, salt and pepper. It will give it a nutty flavor. You can always put the tuna steak on your favorite greenery.
Cook it for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium rare. Put the tuna steak on a warm plate and arrange some of the sweet potato stacked on the side.
On the top of the tuna steak(s) place roasted red onions on top and serve right away.
Gordon Ramsay, uses the egg white, lime and sesame seeds but I substituted the olive oil for coconut oil.
Ingredients:
Tuna:
1 thick tuna steak (6oz.,340gms
Freshly ground black pepper
Egg white
Salt
Sesame seeds
Lime.
Sweet Potato:
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of finely chopped thyme.
Onion Wedges:
1 red onion, peeled and cut into quarters
1-2 tbsps. of olive oil
Freshly ground pepper.
Salt.
